24 ARLEY CONSTRUCTION (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located over at Parmila Enclave in Punaichak. Flat 2A is where most of the paperwork happens when we aren't out at a site. It’s a small operation, just an OPC, so it’s pretty direct. People in the New Capital area might have seen us around. We deal with construction projects, mostly just getting the walls up and making sure things are sturdy. There isn't a huge team here, just a few of us who know the local area well. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty with all the plans laying around. We started this because we knew how to build and wanted to do it on our own. It is not fancy. If you come by Punaichak, you’ll find us easily enough. We spend a lot of time talking to laborers and checking on materials like sand and bricks. It’s a lot of running around from the flat to different spots. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of focus on the work at hand. Sometimes things get delayed with weather or transport, but we just keep moving. It’s honest work in a busy part of town. We’ve been at this for a bit now and know the local streets and how to get things delivered without too much trouble. Just 24 Arley Construction trying to get things built right.
