Sky Wing Travels

Our office is located in Sewak Shopping Plaza on Bhupindra Road. We’re in Shop 13A, which is up on the first floor. If you know where Sahni Bakery is, we are right next to it near the 22 No Phatak area. It’s a convenient spot because people are always around there for the bakery or the other shops nearby. We’ve been in this shop for a good while. It’s a compact space, mostly just desks and computers for booking trips and looking up routes. The 22 No Phatak crossing can get quite backed up with traffic at certain times of the day, so we hear the horns almost constantly. We mostly spend our time looking at flight routes and helping people figure out their travel dates. It’s straightforward work that keeps us busy. We aren't trying to be some big corporate agency; we just run the shop and help whoever walks in through the door. Sometimes it’s very busy, and other times it’s quite slow. We usually have a news channel running in the background while we work on our files. The plaza has a lot of different shops, so there’s always someone coming or going. Being near the bakery means it smells like fresh bread sometimes in the afternoon when they are baking. We stay pretty focused on getting the tickets done right so people don’t have issues later on. It’s just a regular local business run by local people.
