You can find us right at the 6 A Red Light Chowk in Patiala. We are basically across from the main bus stand, which makes it easy for people getting off the buses to spot us. There is an HDFC ATM close by too. Being in such a busy area means there is always something going on outside our windows. We handle travel bookings and tours for people in the city and those passing through. Our office is pretty simple. We have a couple of chairs for people to sit while we look up prices or check bus timings. It’s a practical setup. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather just get the job done. The phone rings a lot, usually people asking about ticket availability or route changes. We have been at this location for some time now. Dealing with travel can be stressful when plans change, but we just try to figure it out as we go. The traffic at the chowk can be pretty loud during the day. Sometimes we have to shout over the horns. It is just part of working in the heart of Patiala. We work long hours, especially during the holidays when everyone wants to go somewhere. If you need to book a trip or just have a question about a route, we are usually here. We are not a big chain, just local people helping other locals with their travel plans.
