The office is right here at 397 Maharaja Yadvindra Enclave on Nabha Road, and mostly we just spend our time helping folks figure out where they want to go. It started a while back because we realized people in the neighborhood needed a hand with all the paperwork and tickets that come with traveling these days. It’s not a big fancy place, just a desk and some chairs where we sit down and talk through bus schedules or flight timings. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phones keep ringing while we are trying to drink tea, but that is just how a normal day goes here. We handle a lot of different things, like domestic trips or just getting someone to the airport on time. Most people who come in are regulars from around the area who know us by name. We do not really do big advertisements because word of mouth keeps us busy enough. The walls have a few posters of places we have helped people visit, but mostly it is just stacks of files and a computer that has seen better days. It gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic on Nabha Road, but inside we just focus on getting the details right so nobody gets stuck at a station somewhere. If you walk past the enclave, you will probably see us through the window working on some itinerary or checking prices for a family holiday. It is just us doing our bit to make sure people get where they need to be.
