We are located right on the first floor of Jaipuria Sunrise Plaza here on VIP Road in Zirakpur. It gets pretty busy around here, especially in the evenings when everyone is out at the shops. Most days we are just sitting here at Shop Number 39, looking through different tour options and trying to figure out the most sensible routes for people. Being right opposite VIP Galleria means there is always something going on outside our window. We spend a lot of time on the phone or answering messages from folks in Chandigarh who need help with their trips. It isn’t a fancy setup, just some desks and chairs and a lot of paperwork. Sometimes the internet acts up or the printer jams, but we get things done. We have been in this spot for a while now and know the area quite well. If you are coming from the Chandigarh side, it’s an easy drive down the main road. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how to handle the bookings. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot of work to finish before a client leaves for their holiday. It’s mostly about making sure the tickets are right and the dates line up. We try to keep things straightforward and don't use a lot of complicated words when we talk to our customers about their plans. We just want to make the process simple.
