We have been over here at D-318 in Focal Point for a while now. Most days it's just about getting the food batches ready and making sure the machines don't act up too much. It gets pretty busy around noon when the sun is hitting the roof. We started this place because there was a need for honest food work in this area. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a regular floor where we spend most of our time. Sometimes the trucks arrive late and we have to stay back to help unload everything. It’s hard work, mostly. We handle all the packaging ourselves right here. My cousin helps out with the books, and a few guys from the neighborhood take care of the heavy lifting. We don’t really have a big marketing team telling people what to buy. People just know us because we’ve been at this spot. The air in Focal Point is always a bit dusty but we keep our corner as clean as we can. It’s mostly about routine. Every morning we open up, check the stock, and start the day. There are good days when everything goes smooth and then there are days when the power cuts out and we just have to wait. That's just how it goes for us. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to do our jobs properly and get home on time.
