Kangaroo Travels

Our shop is number 18 on the Bus Stand Road, right in the heart of the main market. We are directly across from the Patiala bus stand, which is about as central as you can get in this town. It’s a very busy place to work. There is always someone looking for a ticket or asking about travel timings. We have been in this spot for a good while now and have seen many people pass through. The market around us is always full of energy, with street food vendors and other shops all squeezed in next to each other. Our office is small, but we have enough space for a couple of customers to sit while we look things up on the computer. We handle all sorts of travel requests. It’s a lot of back-and-forth on the phone with different agencies and transport providers. We don't use any big marketing gimmicks or fancy signs. People usually find us just by walking past on their way to the buses. The dust from the road comes in sometimes when the door is open, but that’s just life on Bus Stand Road. We try to be as helpful as we can without making things complicated for anyone. Most of the time, we’re just focusing on getting the paperwork right so there aren't any delays at the last minute. It’s a simple setup, and we honestly like it that way.
