Our office is at 6 A, right by the Red Light Chowk in Patiala. We are directly across from the bus stand, which is a very active part of the city. Being at a major intersection like Red Light Chowk means there’s never a quiet moment during the day. We see thousands of people and vehicles pass by every single day through our window. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now, helping people with their tours and general travel plans. It’s a basic office, nothing too fancy or modern. We have a few desks where we handle all the paperwork and bookings. Most of the time, we’re just busy on the phones or checking schedules online to make sure everything is okay for the next day. Because we are so close to the bus stand, we get a lot of travelers who are in a hurry and need things done quickly. We try to keep things moving along for them as much as we can. The noise from the traffic is just part of the background music for us now. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to run a steady business and help our local community get where they need to go. It’s just a few of us here working together.
