This group started because a few of us in the Pathari area wanted to work together instead of trying to handle every single thing alone. We are based out of Nagarjawall, specifically at Sr. No. 71, which is Bhagvan Sambhaji Hoge’s place. It is a familiar spot for most of the farmers in this part of the district. Being a farmer producer company means we spend a lot of time discussing prices and how to get our crops to the market without losing too much money on the way. It is tough out here sometimes. The soil in this part of the region has its own quirks and we try to share advice on what fertilizers or techniques are actually helping people get a better yield. We do not have a big office or anything polished, just a practical space where we can meet up and figure out the logistics. Some days are just spent on the phone or out looking at the fields. We have all known each other for years, so the meetings are pretty informal. We talk about the rain, the pests, and the rising cost of seeds. It feels right to have a local setup where we make our own decisions. Everyone puts in some effort to keep things moving along. We handle the paperwork ourselves mostly, which can be a real headache, but it is better than having outsiders do it for us. We are just people from Nagarjawall trying to make sure our farms stay afloat.
