Fashion Group International

Our place, Fashion Group International, is out on Sanoli Road, near the third milestone. It’s a bit of a drive out from the main city center, but it gives us the space we need. Being near the milestone makes it easy for the trucks to find us when they are bringing in materials or picking up finished items. We deal with fashion, but our actual workspace is pretty far from the glamour you see on TV. It’s a lot of cutting, sewing, and packing. The air is often filled with the sound of machines and the smell of new fabric. We have a solid crew of people who have been with us for a long time. We don't really bother with flashy office spaces. We have a few rooms for the administrative stuff, but most of the action happens on the floor. Sanoli Road can get pretty dusty and the weather out here feels a bit more extreme, but we’re used to it. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the garments are packed properly. It’s a hands-on business. No one here is wearing suits or giving big presentations. We’re usually in our everyday clothes, just trying to keep the production moving. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way to run a clothing business.
