At Ratnam Granite & Marbles Pvt. Ltd., we spend our days at Plot No. G-50.51. We are located in the 4th Phase of the Riico Industrial Area. It’s a big area with plenty of other shops and factories, so there is always a lot of movement. We deal with both granite and marble. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and moving slabs from one side of the plot to the other. We’ve been here in the industrial area for a good amount of time. People know us as the place in the 4th Phase where they can look at different stones without any fuss. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just get the stone in, organize it, and sell it to people who are building things. The yard is usually full of slabs leaning against each other. It’s interesting to see all the patterns that come out of the earth. We have a small crew and we all know our way around the different types of granite. Sometimes the weather makes it tough to work outside, but we manage. Most of our customers are locals or people who work in the nearby phases. We keep things pretty low-key. If you need stone, you come by G-50.51 and take a look. That’s how we run things here. We just try to stay busy and get the orders out on time without any extra trouble or making a big deal out of it.
