Mountainbit Technology Private Limited

Mountainbit Technology Private Limited is based out of the Lodha Casa Rio Gold complex. We are specifically in the Erwina building, unit E-306. This is in the 421204 area which sits right on the edge of Mumbai and Thane. It is a large residential area so it does not feel like a traditional business district. We work from here because it is convenient and keeps things simple. The view from the third floor is not bad and it is quieter than being right in the middle of Mumbai. We spend our days working on various technology projects. The team is small and we all know each other well. Sometimes we have meetings in the living area of the unit. It is a very informal atmosphere. We do not wear suits or follow strict corporate rules. We just focus on getting the coding and tech tasks done for the day. Living and working in the same general area of Thane has its perks, mostly avoiding the worst of the commute. The weather gets quite humid here especially during the monsoon but we stay inside and keep working. There are plenty of shops and cafes nearby when we need a break. It is just a regular office setup in a modern building. We are not trying to change the world, just doing our jobs one bit at a time. It is a quiet way to run a tech company.
