You can find Madhav Info System right on Sanderao Road in Falna. We are near the Khalsa Theater, at number 9. It is a busy spot because of the theater, so there is always people walking by. We deal with computers, printers, and all those things that people need for their offices or homes. The shop is not very big, so we have to use every bit of wall space for cables and small parts. I spend most of my time at the workbench in the back, trying to get someone’s PC to start up again. It is a lot of dusty fans and old motherboards. We do not have a big staff, usually just me and a helper. Sometimes people drop off their systems and come back after they have watched a movie at the theater nearby. It is a handy location for that. The road outside can get quite dusty, especially in the dry season. We try to keep the glass clean, but it is a losing battle. We keep a ledger for all the repairs we do. Most of our customers are locals from Falna or nearby villages who come into town for the market. We do not have any fancy mission statements or anything. We just fix what is broken and sell what we have in stock. If we do not have a part, we order it from the city, and it takes a couple of days. (250 words)
