Down at Pani Darwaza 5, we spend most of our time looking at screens or taking things apart. Agarwal Infotech is tucked away here, and it’s usually filled with the sound of cooling fans and clicking keyboards. It’s not a large office, so we end up bumping into each other a lot when we move around. We deal with a lot of cables and hardware that needs sorting. Sometimes the internet goes slow or a piece of software doesn't install right, and we just have to sit there and figure it out until it works. It’s mostly troubleshooting and trying to keep up with all the different things people bring in. The desk is usually a mess of screwdrivers and half-finished projects. We don't really have a front desk person, so whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. Pani Darwaza is a busy neighborhood, so there’s always noise coming from the street, but we get used to it. We try to keep things moving so people aren't waiting too long for their stuff. Some days are slow and we just clean up the workstations, while other days everyone shows up at once. It’s just a normal spot where we try to stay on top of the tech work. We don't use big words to explain things, we just tell people what’s wrong and how long it’ll take to fix. There is usually some old computer parts sitting in the corner waiting to be recycled too.
