If you’re walking down Varad Vinayak Lane in Virar (E), you’ll see us at Gala No. 1 in the Geet Gopal Apartment building. It’s a simple spot, really. We at Suyash Properties have been operating out of this small unit for quite some time. It isn't a massive corporate office with glass walls, but it serves us well for meeting people and keeping our records in order. Usually, the fan is humming and there’s a stack of property papers sitting on the main desk. We spend a lot of our time answering the phone or heading out to show someone a nearby place. Being in a residential building like Geet Gopal makes us feel connected to the people living around here. It’s a busy lane, and there is always someone passing by or a delivery being made. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans for us. We just explain things as they are when someone walks in asking about a flat or a piece of land. Sometimes we run out of chairs if too many people show up at once, so we just make do. It’s a straightforward way of working. Most of our day is spent navigating the local geography and making sure the documents are signed where they need to be. It’s honest work, and we like being part of the Virar community. We keep things basic and focus on the day-to-day tasks that need doing.
