Kasliwal Projects Pvt Ltd is based in Bhayander East, specifically at 101 Sai Shakti Tower in Jesal Park. This is where we do all our planning and management for the building projects we have going on. The office is basically a converted apartment, so it has a bit of a homey feel, though it’s mostly covered in blueprints and site photos now. We don't spend a whole lot of time here because someone always needs to be at the construction sites to see how things are progressing. When we are in the office, it is usually to deal with the contractors or to look over the accounts. There is always a stack of files that needs to be sorted through. We have a small table for meetings, but it’s usually covered in maps of the local area. Jesal Park is a decent neighborhood, and we like being located here. It’s not a corporate glass building or anything like that. We know the security guards and the people living in the other units. Sometimes the water goes off in the building for maintenance, which is a bit of a pain. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure the buildings are moving along as they should. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls to keep everything on schedule, but we have been doing it for long enough now. The office balcony has a few dying plants that we keep forgetting to water.
