Lodha Group

We are over at Rashee Apartments in Vasai West. It's room 104. Been here for a while now, and we've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. It's a busy spot right near Maitree Park. People around here know the Lodha Group name, even if they don't always know exactly what we're doing inside. We just go about our day. Sometimes it's pretty noisy on Ambadi Road with all the traffic and the rickshaws zooming by, but you get used to it. We handle all our stuff right from this flat. It's not one of those big fancy offices with glass walls and a lobby. Just a regular place where work gets done. You might see us coming and going throughout the week. The rain gets really heavy here during the monsoon months, and the streets sometimes flood a bit. We try to keep things moving though, no matter what the weather looks like. If you're walking past Maitree Park, you'll find our building easily enough. It's a decent neighborhood and the people are generally friendly. We've got our own little routine going. Mornings start early with a cup of tea. We sort out the paperwork and talk to whoever happens to come by. It's got a real local vibe. Vasai has grown a lot, but we stay put at this address. The pin code is 401202. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. Just Lodha Group doing our bit. It's a simple setup in 104. Most days are pretty standard, and that's fine by us.
