Jainam Developers

Our office is at Shanti Niwas, specifically Office No. 8. It's part of the New Golden Nest Phase 13 over in Bhayander East. We’ve been working at Jainam Developers for a good while now. The building is usually pretty busy with residents coming and going, along with other small businesses like ours. We spend a lot of our time looking at floor plans and talking to different contractors. Bhayander East has changed quite a bit lately, and we’ve seen all the new buildings go up right from our office window. It’s a lot of work keeping track of everything that’s happening. We aren't a huge corporation or anything, just a small team working out of this one office. Our desks are usually covered in papers and blueprints and coffee mugs. Sometimes the elevator in Shanti Niwas is a bit slow or breaks down, so we just take the stairs instead. It’s good exercise, I guess. We talk to people about new projects and where they might want to live or move their business. It’s not always easy work, but it’s what we do. We know the local shops and where to get a decent cup of tea when we need a break. The neighbors in Phase 13 are mostly families, so it stays fairly friendly around the building. We just want to get our work done and go home. It’s regular life here at the office, dealing with the paperwork as it comes in.
