Our office is over in the New Golden Nest Complex on Goddev Road. You’ll find us at Flat No. 1 in Building 9, which is part of Phase XI. It’s a big complex in Mira Road East, so it’s easy to get lost if you don't know the building numbers. We’ve been working out of this space in Thane district for some time. It feels more like a home than a stiff corporate office. We deal with real estate and construction things. We don't have those fancy reception areas with free candy. It’s just us and our computers and a lot of site plans. The neighborhood is always buzzing with people coming and going. We like being in a place where people actually live. It keeps us grounded. We don't use a lot of polished language or sales pitches. We just explain what’s happening with the projects and what needs to be done. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving. Our team is pretty tight-knit. We’ve seen Mira Road grow and change over the years. It’s become a huge hub now. We try to keep our work straightforward and honest. If a project is delayed, we say so. If something is ready, we let people know. No big bells or whistles here. Just a group of people trying to do right by the folks who live in the buildings we help create. It's just simple work.
