Our place is located in the Om Dutta Apartment, specifically room 304 on the third floor. It’s right at Par Naka in Dahanu. We are a small realty outfit. We’ve lived in Palghar district for a long time, so setting up Shreesai Realty here felt natural. The apartment is in a regular residential building, so it doesn't feel like a cold office. We have a small setup with a few desks and a lot of folders. Most of our work involves helping people find homes or land around Dahanu. We don't have a big staff, just us and a couple of helpers. The stairs up to the third floor can be a bit much in the heat, but we’re used to it. We deal with the local property market every day. It’s not about big city deals; it’s about knowing which plot has good water or which building is well-maintained. We handle the administrative side of the private limited company ourselves. It’s a lot of record-keeping. We don't put on any airs or pretend to be more than we are. We are just local folks working in the real estate business. People from the area know where we are if they need to talk about property. It’s a quiet, steady kind of work that keeps us busy from morning until evening. I usually open up the shutters around nine and stay until the sun goes down and the traffic at Par Naka thins out. We sometimes walk down to the beach after work to clear our heads.
