Lord Estate

We have been running Lord Estate from this little office in Arizona Society for a while now. Most people know the spot because we’re right near the Hdfc Bank on Pai Road. Being here in Kopri Colony, Thane East, means we see a lot of the same faces every day when people are heading to the station or just out for groceries. It’s not a big fancy setup, just a desk and some chairs where we sit down and look through listings. Some days are really busy with people dropping in to ask about rent prices, and other days we’re mostly out on the bike checking out new places. The traffic around here can get a bit much in the evenings, but it is a good spot to be. We handle things pretty simply. If someone needs a place, we check what is available in the society or the buildings nearby. It is mostly about knowing who is moving out and who is looking for a change. We don’t do anything too complicated. It is just about getting the paperwork right and making sure the keys are where they should be. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with files and tea cups, but we know where everything is. Living and working in Thane East has its own rhythm, and we are just a small part of that. If you are walking past the bank, you will likely see us through the window.
