My office is Shop Number 3 in the Ambika Park building. We’re located in Bhayander East, right near the J B Nagar Post Office. If you’re walking down Shiv Sena Galli, you’ll see our sign. I’ve been working as an estate agent here for a long time. It’s not the kind of job where you sit behind a desk all day. I’m usually out and about, looking at flats or showing someone a small shop they might want to rent. The area has changed a lot since I started. More buildings, more people. But it’s still the same basic work. People need a place to live or a place to start a business, and I try to help them find it. I don’t use those big fancy words like property consultant. I’m just an agent. I know which buildings have good water and which ones have issues with the lift. That’s the kind of stuff people actually care about. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but we get through it. My shop isn’t very big, just enough for a couple of chairs and some files. If you need to find me, it’s best to just come by the post office area. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. Most people just find us because they know someone I helped before. It's a decent way to make a living and it keeps me connected to the town.
