We set up Armaan Realtors in Shop No 8 of the Sai Aradhana Building. If you know Bhayander East, we are on Street No 8, which is just across from the old Raviraj Complex. It’s a busy little stretch of road. People are always walking by, and we usually have the door open to catch a breeze. Dealing with property in Bhayander is a lot of walking around and talking to neighbors. We aren't those fancy agents you see on TV with the suits and the expensive cars. We’re just local people who know which buildings have good water supply and which ones have issues with the damp. The shop is simple—just a couple of desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of files. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out showing flats to families. It can be exhausting when the sun is out, but that’s the job. The Raviraj Complex across the way is a good landmark for people coming from further out. We’ve seen this area grow a lot, with new buildings popping up where there used to be empty lots. It makes the streets more crowded, but it’s good for business. Most of our clients come to us because they saw our sign or a friend told them we were honest about the prices. We just try to help people find a place that fits their budget without making things too complicated. It's a living and we're happy to be doing it here in Bhayander.
