Jai Ambe Properties

Jai Ambe Properties is located at Shop No. 7 in the Happy Home Estate-3 complex. It is Building number 83/84, right near the Allahabad Bank in Poonam Sagar. Mira Road East has grown so much since we first opened this little office. I remember when there were far fewer buildings around here. Now, it's just one construction site after another. Our shop is quite small, mostly just enough space for two chairs and a desk covered in property files and maps of the local area. I spend a lot of time on the phone talking to landlords or looking for keys that someone misplaced. The bank next door brings a lot of foot traffic, so we often have people sticking their heads in to ask about rent prices while they are out doing their errands. It gets a bit cramped when more than three people are inside at once. I usually keep a bottle of water and some biscuits in the drawer because the days get long and I don't always get to go out for lunch. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with paperwork to worry about that. Mira Road is a busy place, and there is always someone moving in or moving out of the local flats. We just try to keep track of it all without getting too stressed. It is just regular work, nothing too complicated about it at the end of the day.
