Ritu Properties

We are Ritu Properties, located at Shop No-13 B. Our place is in Sector 11 of Shanti Nagar, over in Mira Road East. We are quite close to the TMT Bus Depot, which makes it easy for people to find us. If you’re getting off the bus, we are just a short walk away. The area around Shanti Nagar is always bustling with people coming home from work or going to the markets. We’ve been in this shop for a while. It’s a small space, but it’s where we do all our work. We deal with various property listings around Mira Road. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty because of the buses nearby, but we don't mind. We have a couple of desks and some old chairs for when people come in to talk. It's a very local vibe here; we know the bus drivers and the other shopkeepers around Sector 11. Most of our day is spent answering phones or writing down details about different flats. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything is handled. It’s not a fancy office with air conditioning that works all the time, but it’s home for our business. We like being near the bus depot because there's always life and movement. It keeps us busy and connected to what’s happening in the neighborhood. Shanti Nagar is a place where everyone seems to be in a hurry.
