We are located over at Par Naka in Dahanu. If you know the Om Dutta Apartment building, we are in unit 304 on the third floor. It’s a quiet enough place in Palghar. Vengurlekars Shreesai Housing is just a small team of us working on housing stuff. We started this because we wanted to do something local. Dahanu is a nice place, but it has its challenges like anywhere else. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we manage. We aren't some big corporate office from Mumbai. It’s mostly just us sitting around a table making sure the numbers add up and the plans look right. Most days involve a lot of phone calls to site workers and suppliers. It can get pretty frantic when a deadline is coming up. We don't use a lot of fancy words or try to impress anyone. We just build houses. It’s what we know how to do. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we fix them and move on. People around here know who we are. We like it that way. Being part of the community in Palghar is important to us. It’s not just about the bricks and mortar. It’s about being around people you know. The office is pretty basic, nothing special to look at, but it gets the job done. We spend a lot of time on the road too, visiting different sites and checking progress.
