Shree Sai Siddhi Developers & Contractors

We are located over in Vasai East, specifically in Ghokivare. The office is at 402, A 04, Soma Heights, which is part of the Triveni CHS Ltd building. Shree Sai Siddhi Developers & Contractors does a mix of things. We handle development projects and also do contracting work. It’s a lot to keep track of, between the building materials and the different sites we have going. The office at Soma Heights is where we do all the planning and the boring stuff like billing. Vasai is growing fast, so there is always some construction happening somewhere. I spend half my time in the office and the other half out on the field checking on the guys. It’s a bit of a commute sometimes depending on where the project is. We’ve been at this for a while now, and we’ve seen how the neighborhood has expanded. We aren't a massive company with a shiny glass building. We are just a local team working on local buildings. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, like when the rain stops work on a site, but we manage. People know us in Ghokivare because we’ve been around. It’s not always easy work, and there are plenty of long days. But we like seeing a project come together from start to finish. It’s just how we do things here, without any fuss or fancy talk.
