Prithvi Arch Consultants is located at Plot No-122 in the Gori Complex. We are right next to the Bank of Baroda and just behind the Sidco office in Navghar, Vasai East. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but most people find us okay once they see the bank. We handle a lot of the technical side of building things, like looking at plans and dealing with the local paperwork. The office is usually filled with rolls of drawings and blueprints scattered on the tables. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. Vasai East is growing fast, and there’s always a new project starting up somewhere. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on site progress. It’s not always easy work, especially when the weather is hot and we have to be out in the sun. We’ve been in this complex for a while now, so we know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers pretty well. The office gets a bit cramped when we have a few people in at once, but we make do. We don't really do the fancy sales pitch thing. We just focus on the drawings and making sure the measurements are right. It’s a lot of focus and sometimes a bit of stress, but that’s just the nature of the job here. We try to be helpful when people come in with questions about their construction or the local permits required.
