Puneet Singhvi Associates

We are Puneet Singhvi Associates and we operate out of E 301 in the Kartakiya Complex. It's right near St Paul School in Mira Road East, which makes it easy for most people to find us since the school is a big landmark around here. The office isn't huge but we've got enough room for the team to sit down and get through the files. Thane can get pretty hectic but this corner of Miraroad is where we feel most at home. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. Most of our day is spent at our desks, talking to people on the phone or going through documents. We don't really go for anything flashy in the office, just the basics like computers and some chairs that have seen better days. It’s a practical space for practical work. The traffic near the school can be a bit much during drop-off times but otherwise, it's a decent spot to work from. We know the local tea stall guy and the regulars around the building. It’s a simple setup where we just try to do our jobs without making a big fuss about it. If you're coming from the station it's just a short trip. We usually have the door open to let some air in during the afternoons. It’s just how we run things here in Thane and it works for us day in and day out.
