Rvdelvi Associate Architect & Engeener

Rvdelvi Associate Architect & Engeener is located in Bhayander East, specifically in the Bhakti Kunj building on Cabin Cross Road. We are on the second floor in B/206. It’s a typical professional space where we spend most of our hours looking at blueprints and talking about structural details. The office isn't anything fancy, just some drafting tables, a few computers, and a lot of rolled-up drawings sitting in the corners. Being in Thane district, we deal with a lot of local construction and renovation projects. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations. Most of the time, we are just figuring out how to make a wall fit or making sure the engineering side of a building is solid. Cabin Cross Road can get pretty loud with the traffic outside, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We started this because we like the practical side of building things. It’s about solving problems, really. If a client comes in, they usually just sit down and we look at the sketches together. There is no corporate talk here. We just discuss what can be done and what can't. Sometimes we have to go out to site visits, which means dealing with the heat and the dust, but that’s just how the job is. It’s honest work and we’ve been in this spot for a good while. We just keep our heads down and focus on the technical details.
