VARRAHA REALBUILD (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

We have our place on the second floor of the Salasar Commercial Center, specifically unit number 8. It’s located at Survey No. 95, H No. 5 in Bhayander East. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite the Sudama Industrial Estate. Being in Thane, especially in the Bhayander area, means we are always in the middle of a lot of activity. We are an OPC, which stands for One Person Company, so things are kept pretty tight and personal here. We don't have a huge staff of people in suits. Instead, it’s mostly just me and a few others making sure the building projects are on track. Construction can be a messy business, and our office often reflects that with samples of materials and stacks of folders everywhere. We focus on realbuild work, which basically means we are out there making sure walls go up straight and roofs do not leak. It’s honest work and we like it. The industrial estate across the road is always humming with noise, which fits the way we work too. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have seen the neighborhood grow quite a bit. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s ours. We just try to stay busy and make sure we are doing what we said we would do. That is about it for us. We just keep moving forward.
