You can find us at Vallabh Paradise Homes Limited over in Boisar West. We are located in Flat 207, L-1, in the Sundaram Apartment building. It’s part of the Ostwal Empire area in Saravali, which has seen a lot of growth lately. Palghar is a bit of a distance from the main city, but it’s where we’ve set down our roots. The office is basically a converted flat, so it feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We prefer it that way because it keeps things relaxed. We handle a lot of the paperwork for the housing projects from this desk. Boisar has its own pace, a bit slower than Mumbai but still moving along. There’s always someone coming by with questions about homes or local developments. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to polish our image. We just tell people where we are and what we’re doing. The apartment is usually filled with blueprints and various files we've collected over the years. It’s a practical space for practical people. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, but that's just life in an apartment block. We’ve been here long enough that most of the neighbors know us by name. It’s a simple way to run a business without overcomplicating things.
