Umiya Garments Private Limited

Umiya Garments Private Limited is located over at Plot No. 3 in the Hansa Building. This is part of Building No. 3S, No 36, in Dhumal Nagar. It’s out in Waliv, which is in Vasai East. This area is quite industrial and has a lot of small units and factories. We fit right in because we are all about the work. Hansa Building is pretty easy to spot once you get into Dhumal Nagar. It is a busy area with a lot of movement every day. We’ve been here for a bit and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s not a fancy place, just a lot of concrete and people working hard. Our spot is practical and we use every inch of it. We don't have any big speeches about what we do; we just come in and handle the garment business as it comes. The heat in Vasai East can be something else in the summer, but we’ve got our fans and we just keep going. It’s an honest way to make a living. Most of the people around here are doing the same thing. We keep our space organized so we can find what we need quickly. It’s a straightforward setup for a straightforward business. We like the grit of Waliv. It feels real. There is a lot of traffic in the lanes around the plot, but that’s just part of being in an industrial zone.
