We’ve been here at Shop No 5 in Saichaya Apartment for quite a while now. Most people in Bhayander East know where we are, right near the corner. The office isn't very big, but we’ve got enough chairs for families to sit down and talk about where they want to go for their summer break. Sometimes the computer acts up when we’re trying to look up flight prices, which is annoying, but we usually figure it out eventually. It gets pretty busy around April and May. We spend a lot of time on the phone with hotels or checking train schedules. It’s mostly just us trying to make sure people get their tickets on time without too much fuss. There’s a tea stall nearby that keeps us going during the long afternoons. We started Tulip Holidays because we liked traveling ourselves, though now we spend more time looking at maps on screens than actually going anywhere. The walls have a few old posters of mountains and beaches that are starting to curl at the edges. We don't really do the fancy brochures anymore since everyone looks at stuff on their phones, but we still keep a few handy for the regulars who like to flip through them. It’s a simple setup. We just come in, open the shutters, and see who walks in through the door. If you’re around Bhayander, you’ve probably seen our sign while walking to the station.
