Venus Form

Venus Form is based out of No 1 in the Deeasan N Shan Industrial Estate. We’re right opposite the Telephone Exchange on Vasai Road (E). It’s a busy corner of the industrial estate. Our building is a simple structure that houses our production area and a tiny office. We have been here for a while, and the neighborhood has changed a lot around us with new buildings going up. Inside, it’s mostly workspace with a small corner for a desk and some old files. We do a lot of forming and shaping work here. The machines can be quite loud when they’re all running together on a big order. It’s a bit of a dusty place, as you’d expect from this kind of manual work. We don’t have any fancy decorations or paintings on the walls. Most of the guys have been with us for years and know the routine. We just focus on the orders we have for the day and getting them out. Being near the Telephone Exchange makes it easy for people to find our gate. The Vasai Road area is always full of trucks and workers. We like the energy of the place. It’s a bit rough around the edges, but it’s where we do our best work. Sometimes the rain hits the tin roof so hard we can barely hear each other talk. It’s just a normal factory life. We keep things simple and try to stay on top of the schedule. That’s about all there is to it at Venus Form.
