Our place is out in Waliv, which is part of the Vasai district in Thane. We are located at house number 4B in Walivtal. It is a bit of a drive to get out here if you are coming from the city, but it is much quieter than being in the middle of Mumbai. We focus on townhouse projects and property stuff under the Shree Siddhivinayak name. The office is a simple one, nothing like those glass buildings you see in the corporate parks. We have a few rooms where we keep our files and meet with people who are interested in what we are building. It gets hot out here in the summer, so we usually have the fans going full speed. Waliv is a growing area and there is always some construction noise in the distance. We like the local feel of the place. We know the people around here and they know us. We don't use big words or try to confuse anyone with complicated contracts. We just say what we can do and then we try our best to do it. It is a practical business run by people who live nearby. If you come by, you might find us just sitting around talking about the next steps for a site. We are just trying to build something decent and keep the business going year after year. It's just a small local setup in Vasai.
