Our office is located in Evershine City on Achole Road in Vasai East. We’re in Flat No D/001, right where Shreejee Construction is based. Tasm Buildcon LLP is a small outfit and we’ve been working in the Thane area for some time now. Vasai is a crowded place, and navigating the narrow roads with construction trucks can be a real headache some days. We do mostly housing projects and small commercial repairs. It’s a hands-on business. We don’t sit in air-conditioned offices all day. We’re usually out there in the dust and the heat with the workers. Getting everything lined up with the local authorities and the suppliers takes a lot of time. Sometimes things get delayed because of the monsoon or just because of how things go in this industry. We don't use any flashy slogans or big corporate talk. We’re just local people who know how to put a building together. We’ve learned over the years that it’s better to be straightforward with people about how long things take. It’s a tough way to make a living, but we enjoy the process of seeing a project go from a hole in the ground to a finished home. If you’re around Achole Road, you’ve probably seen some of the buildings we’ve worked on. We’re not trying to be the largest builders in the world, just a reliable local team that gets the job done.
