We are located over at Thakur Arcade, shops 37 and 38. It’s right on Agashi Road in Virar West. SUPINA REALTY PRIVATE LIMITED is basically just a local office where we handle real estate matters. Virar is a fast-growing place, and Agashi Road stays pretty busy throughout the day. Our space in the arcade isn't anything fancy, just a couple of shops joined together so we have enough room for the files. We spend most of our time talking to people who want to move further out or find something closer to the station. It’s a lot of back and forth with paperwork and visiting different sites around 401303. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but that’s just how it is here. We aren't trying to be some big national company. We just know this specific area well. People come in, have some water, and we look at what’s on the market. It’s a lot of hard work because the sun gets really hot on this side of Thane. We’ve been in this arcade for a while now, so most of the shopkeepers nearby know us. We try to be helpful without making things complicated. Real estate involves a lot of waiting, so we just take it one day at a time.
