Srg Properties

Srg Properties is located at Shop No 5 in the Sundar Darshan building. We are based in Bhayander East, specifically in the Bhanudrsn area. This is a real estate office, but we don't like to make it sound more complicated than it is. We mostly help people find a place to stay or sell their flats in the local vicinity. Bhayander East has grown a lot, and we have seen many new buildings come up around here. Being in Sundar Darshan, we are right in the middle of it all. People come in looking for a rental or maybe they want to invest in a small shop. We just sit down, show them what’s available on our lists, and take them for site visits. It’s a lot of walking and talking. We aren't interested in using fancy words or making big promises. We just know the local streets and which buildings are good. The office is a simple place with a couple of desks and some chairs for clients. Dealing with property in Mumbai's outskirts means you have to be practical. We handle the paperwork and try to make sure both the buyer and seller are on the same page. It’s a steady job and we like being part of the Bhayander community. Most of our work comes from word of mouth, which is fine by us. It's just how the property market works here in our neighborhood.
