Sra Project Developers Private Limited

We're based in Vasai East, right up in Yashwant Emrald Tower. It's close to the D Mart in the Yashwant Viva Township area. We do construction and project development around here. My team and I spend most of our days looking at sites or sitting in the office on the 12th floor. It gets busy because this part of Palghar is growing so fast. People know where the tower is, so it's easy for folks to find us. We started Sra Project Developers Private Limited a while back to handle local housing and building needs. Sometimes the paperwork gets heavy, but we keep going. We've got a small crew. We mostly deal with the day-to-day work of making sure projects move along. It’s not always smooth sailing with the weather or materials, but that’s just how this business goes. We live and work in this neighborhood, so we see the changes every day. It’s a decent spot to be in, near the township. We don't do anything too fancy, just the work that's right in front of us. If you're walking by D Mart, you're pretty much at our doorstep. We try to keep things organized from our B-1203 office. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on workers. We just want to get things built without too much fuss. That’s pretty much us, just a local team working on local buildings.
