We are Smriti Housing Private Limited and you can find our spot over at the Sunshine Park Building. We are in Shop No.- 6, right on Station Road in Nallasopara East. It gets very crowded around here because of the station nearby, but that is just how the neighborhood is. We have been operating out of this shop for quite a while. The building is pretty easy to spot if you are walking over from the tracks. Thane is a large district, and Nallasopara feels like its own little world most days. Most of the time, we are busy talking to people about housing options or just sorting through piles of files. It is not some big corporate office, just a simple shop floor where we keep everything organized. We deal with a lot of people from the local neighborhood. Some days are definitely quieter than others, but usually, there is someone stopping by to ask a question. 401209 is our pin code if you are sending anything through the post. We do not really do the whole fancy sales pitch thing. We just tell people what is available and what the costs look like for them.
