It's not a glamorous job, mostly looking at maps and talking to contractors all day. We’ve been in this 401202 area for quite some time now. Vasai is a busy place, and it keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with blueprints and coffee cups, but that's how we work. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just do the work and let the buildings speak for themselves. People come in with all sorts of questions about property in the district, and we try to give them straight answers.
