You can find our shop at Number 5 in the Madhavi Compound, which is part of the larger Mahavir Compound area near Wagbil Naka. We are situated right next to the Flora Building, just by Gate Number 2 along Forest Avenue in Hiranandani Estate, Thane West. It’s a very specific spot in a very busy part of Thane. Our office isn't very large, but it’s where we do all our planning and meeting with people. We have been working in this area for a good number of years. Hiranandani Estate is always growing, so there is always some new construction or a new project to keep an eye on. We spend our mornings checking on various sites and the rest of the day handling the documents that come with developing property. It’s a lot of back and forth between the office and the different building locations nearby. We don't have a corporate office with a lobby or anything like that. It’s just a practical workspace with blueprints, some old files, and a few chairs for guests. Sometimes it gets quite loud with all the activity around Gate Number 2, but that’s just life in Thane West. We know the local geography well and we’ve seen how this whole Forest Avenue area has changed over time. We just focus on our daily tasks, keeping track of the work progress and talking to the people involved in the local builds. It is a busy life, but it’s what we know how to do.
