Shankar Narayan College Of Arts & Commerce

Shankar Narayan College Of Arts & Commerce is located over in Bhayandar East, right on Mahavidyalaya Marg in Navghar Gaon. It’s a part of Thane that feels a bit more settled and local than the main city center. We have been here for a good while, and the building has seen a lot of students pass through its doors. It’s a fairly large place because we handle both arts and commerce subjects. Every morning, you can see groups of students walking from the station or getting off buses to reach the gates. The area around the college has some small shops and tea stalls where everyone hangs out during breaks. We don't try to look like those fancy private universities you see in magazines. Our classrooms are simple, with standard wooden benches and chalkboards. The administrative office is usually busy with someone trying to figure out their hall ticket or asking about fees. We don't have a big PR department writing polished stories for us. It’s just a community college where it is mostly about helping people get their degrees. Some of the staff have been here for decades and they know exactly how everything works. It’s not always perfect; sometimes the fans are noisy or the hallways are too crowded, but it’s a real place with real people. We just do our bit to keep things running smoothly for whoever decides to enroll here.
