Ihm Ahmedabad is actually located right here in Thane, inside the Ashwini Building. We’re in A-17, which is a fairly quiet spot for a business. Even though the name says Ahmedabad, we’ve been operating out of Maharashtra for some time now. We focus a lot on the hospitality side of things. Most days are spent talking about hotel work, food service, and how to manage a kitchen or a front desk properly. It’s a small office, so everyone knows each other. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who keep things moving. The building itself is older, but it works for what we need. We get a lot of students or young people asking about how to get into the hotel industry. We try to give them honest advice based on what we've seen over the years. It’s not always glamorous work, but it’s steady. We keep our files organized in the back, and there’s usually a pot of tea going. People find us because they want to learn the trade. We don't do much advertising; word of mouth in Thane seems to be enough. We’re just regular people trying to help others get a start in their careers. It’s a practical environment.
