Swami Vivekanand College Of Distance Education

We are located on the first floor of New Konkani Bhawan, right on Station Road in Vasai West. Being so close to the station means there is always a lot of noise and movement outside our windows. People are constantly rushing to catch their trains, and we are right in the middle of all that energy. At Swami Vivekanand College of Distance Education, our setup is actually pretty simple. We have our office space where we handle all the enrollments and help students with their study materials. Since it is distance education, we do not have hundreds of students here every single day, but there is always someone coming in with a question or to drop off some paperwork. The office can get a bit cramped when it is busy, especially during the admission season when everyone arrives at once. We do not have a big campus or fancy gardens to show off. It is just a practical space where we get the job done. Our staff spends a lot of time on the phone or answering emails from people all over. We are not interested in using corporate jargon or making big promises. We just provide the materials and the support for people who are trying to study while working or doing other things with their lives. It is a busy, sometimes hectic place because of the location, but it is convenient for everyone. We are just regular people working in an office in Thane.
