We’re located at 104 in the Stanley Regency CHS on Kanakia Road. Mira Road has changed a lot over the years, getting busier and more crowded every day. Vedant College Of Distance Education is a bit of a quiet spot in the middle of all that Thane bustle. We handle a lot of students who can’t make it to a regular classroom because they’re working or have families to look after. Our office is simple—just some desks, some chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets full of forms and records. It’s not a fancy place by any means. People drop by after work or on their lunch breaks to ask about their courses or hand in some paperwork. We spend a lot of time on the phone or answering emails, trying to clear up confusion about exams or enrollment. It’s a very practical kind of place. We don’t have a campus with trees or a canteen; it’s just a room in a residential society where we get the work done. Living and working in the Thane area means we’re used to the local pace. Sometimes things move slowly, and there’s always a bit of a backlog, but we try to help everyone who walks through the door. It’s an honest way to spend the day, helping people get an education while they’re busy living their lives. It’s just us, some paperwork, and a lot of phone calls.
