Risinghub Skill Development Center is located in Virar West, specifically in the HDIL Residency Park 2 on Narangi Bypass Road. If you know the area, you know that the bypass can get pretty crowded, but the residency park itself is a bit more tucked away. Our unit is G2/705. It’s basically a residential space that we’ve converted into a center where people come to learn new trades or improve what they already know. We have some basic equipment set up and a couple of rooms for classes. It isn’t a high-tech lab, just a practical place with tables, chairs, and some tools. The walls are a plain off-white, and we have some charts pinned up here and there. Working in Virar means dealing with the long commutes and the humidity, so we try to keep the atmosphere inside pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Most of the time, we’re just in shirts and jeans, talking to locals about what kind of jobs are out there and what skills they need to get them. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing things down in ledgers. There is a lot of energy in the building because there are so many families living around us. You can hear the sounds of daily life while we work. It’s a very local feel, and we like it that way. No corporate polish, just regular people trying to get ahead.
