You can find our rooms at 303, 304, and 305 in the Laxmi Industr area on Miragaon Station Road. It is a noisy place, as you might expect with a name like ours. There is always the sound of metal hitting metal or the hum of machines running. We spend our days teaching people how to weld properly and testing different materials to see if they hold up. It’s dirty work sometimes, and we all go home with dust on our clothes. We aren't a fancy university with big lecture halls. We have practical spaces where people get their hands on the equipment. Most of the folks who come here are looking to improve their skills so they can get better jobs in construction or factories. We’ve been in this industrial estate for a long time. The stairs up to the third floor are a bit steep, but you get used to it. We don't have a big team of receptionists or anything. Usually, you’ll just find one of us in the shop area or checking some test results on a workbench. We keep things simple because welding is about doing the job right, not about looking good while doing it. If you need to find us, just look for the Laxmi building near the station. We are usually there from early morning until late afternoon, just getting through the day's tasks and helping the students learn.
