The Learning Curve, Mira Road

Our place is located in Saroj House, right there near the Jangid Complex. If you know Mira Road East at all, you’ve probably passed by us near Ashish Complex. It’s a lively part of town with a lot of families. We set things up here because it seemed like a good spot for the kids in this neighborhood. We spend our days mostly looking after the little ones, making sure they’re safe and busy with something useful. It gets a bit noisy sometimes, but that’s just how it is with children around. The rooms aren't huge, but we make the most of the space we have. We try to keep things organized, even though it feels a bit chaotic when everyone arrives in the morning. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just sticking to the basics of early learning and play. Parents drop their kids off on their way to work, and we have a quick chat about how things are going. It’s very informal. We’ve got some toys that have seen better days and books that have been read a hundred times, but the kids don't seem to mind. We just want to provide a steady environment here in Mira Road. It’s a straightforward job, and we enjoy seeing the kids grow up and move on to the bigger schools. It’s just us, doing our bit every day. The kettle is usually on in the back if a parent needs to talk.
